SUMMER REFLECTIONS…..
It’s been an adventurous Summer with a camping trip to Jasper, Alberta (tenting in the rain is not something I recommend), a 4-night get-away for Russ & I to Sechelt where we stayed at a fabulous Vacation Rental by Owner property (Sea Stone), and plenty of family gatherings, birthday celebrations, etc. There’s been lots of mountain biking, lazy days, opportunities to bond over challenging experiences —— and not a lot of time to paint!
Here are some photos of the creatures that have enhanced our Summer Vacation (including wildlife, birthday cake characters made by my sister-in-law, and a photo of the card that I gave to my Mom for her birthday)……
Summer Collage
I’m learning to embrace the moment each day – regardless of whether I paint or not. Family time is priceless, and with my eldest having moved to New Zealand a few months ago, I am very aware of how quickly the years pass by. With Levi we still have the opportunity to spend the summer months getting bored together
I hope your Summer has been full of family, friends, adventures and some time to reflect on the things that really matter. ~ Jenn
