Progress not Perfection
The New Year is a chance for us to refresh and restart - to set goals and to strive to achieve them. However, it can often lead to us feeling pressured into perfectionism. So, here’s my challenge to you (and to me!):
Set your goals, but don’t expect perfection. Do what you can while still enjoying each day and the many treats of this beautiful season.
It’s possible you’ll slip up (as will the rest of us), but if you keep your eye on your long-term goals, there’s no stopping you.
Remember that what matters is progress, not perfection.
