What would you tell yourself?

What do you wish you could tell yourself when you first decided to take the plunge and become an artist?

I’ll go first...

It’s hard. It’s really hard. But it’s also the best thing ever!

People romanticize it, but they don’t see the duds you’ve painted along the way. That it’s not just having ‘fun’ at your easel.

It takes grit, determination and thick skin.

But, if it’s in you, if you can withstand the hard times, you won’t regret it.

Dig deep to discover the gift you’ve been given and be grateful every day.
