TRUSTING THE PROCESS

This is the title of one of my favourite books “Trust the Process“, by Shaun McNiff.

It’s also what I’m in the midst of doing in my life right now.   And it can be scary!

In my art, and in my life, I have found that the more I let go — surrender to God —  jump off the edge — follow my intuition (muse)  —  the better both my art and my life get.

I thought I was too old to be excited about new things, but the more genuine I become, and the more I accept myself (quirks and all), the more amazing life gets.

I just wanted to encourage you to GO for IT, whatever your ‘IT‘ is!   Honour your dreams, because they are not there by accident.
